November Bible Reading Plan
With the month of November here, I always like to do a little more to show my gratitude for all things. After all, November is Thanksgiving and we all have so much to be thankful for!
Bible Reading Plans are a favorite of mine. The plans are laid out for each day and keep you organized.
Here is what I do-
I use my journal and this one is my fav for Bible Reading Plans (https://amzn.to/3MpHW0o) as well as markers, pens, you name it to be creative. However sometimes, I just use a plain ol pen or pencil to write it all done.
I then write the following categories before I start the plan:
Date, Verse, and Notes/Prayer in their own sections.
Then I get to reading the verse for the day and let the words of God go through my heart. It is amazing how the days you need to hear something or be reminded of something, is the verse of that day.
Here is a Bible Reading Plan I am following this month. Hope you join in with me! You do not have to do all the writing, reading it is just fine too! Anything to spend time with the Word of God is bountiful my friends! https://www.theruffledmango.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Thanks-Giving-Scripture-Writing-Plan.pdf
Thankful for all of you!

The world needs YOU, and only You.
God made each and every one of us exactly how we are suppose to be.
I love the quote,
” How cool is it that the same God who created mountains and oceans, and galaxies, looked at you and thought the world needed one of you too?”
We are meant to live this life who we are and right where we are at every point of our lives. Live it to the best and the best version of you. Do not try to be someone else, try to look like someone else, try to act like someone else. Be YOU who God created you to be.
You are chosen by God to be the amazing person you are!
Bible Goodies
I LOVE these Bible highlighters and pens to mark up my Bible. I highlight passages and verses that make an impact on me. I often will open up my Bible and refer to any highlighted passage for a quick and easy time with God.
This Bible Goodie that I LOVE is this Bible Carrying Case. It is perfect to protect your Bible and take on the go wherever you need! It has so many compartments for your highlighters, pens, notebooks, paper, and more.
My last Bible Goodie for you is this journal. I actually created this and sell it on Amazon. It is perfect place to expand on what you have read in the Bible and write all things out. I use my journal as a place to write my prayers in as well. I love to keep my thoughts in a special place like this journal. Plus, it fits perfectly in the Bible carrying case too!
I hope you like my Bible Goodies I have put together for you! Much love to you all! Xo
School Supplies Donations
Thank you for all who are helping this cause. If you are not in my area, please consider donating supplies at stores like Target, Walmart, and some Dollar Tree stores too. The children and the families are very appreciative of all the help!
Thank you!!
An Empowering Thing
This may not be a picture that means anything to some and may even freak some people out with a shot, but to me this is an empowering picture. When I first was diagnosed with MS, I injected my treatment myself in my thighs. I had to have someone give me the shot in my arms because the needle was not in an “epipen” style injection. It was hard for me to ask someone, usually my Mom or Nathan, to do the injection for me. It was easier for me to do it on own and get on with it all. I also knew it was hard on them to do for me. I know it would be hard for me to do it for them but OF COURSE would do it and same was for them. They both did not hesitate one bit and never seemed scared to do it. They just did, just like we all have to do with things in life, right? I am forever thankful they did this for me.
When my new treatment was decided on as an injection, I was a little apprehensive to do this all again. Then I found out it was a injectable like a pen. My first time able to do an injection in my arm myself was a moment I will always remember. I recall shouting, “I DID IT!!! I INJECTED MYSELF IN MY ARM FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!!!” I was empowered and elated to do such a simple thing as this. I am thankful for the advancements in the MS world to make this treatment available in this form.
Until the next empowering movement I hope to be a part of…thanks for reading this! And remember, YOU CAN DO ANYTHING TOO!!
Summer Bucket List
Click image to print out your own!
Our family has been doing a Summer Bucket List since the girls were about 3 years old. We LOVE it! The kids look forward to doing the Bucket List every year. It is crazy how the list seems to get more elaborate the older they are getting. It is sad and exciting all at the same time. However, there are the “Core” ones that will, I hope, stay the same for as long as we can.
Our “Core” Bucket List:
- Go to a NEW Park
- Bonfire with Smores
- Go on a Road Trip
- Watch Fireworks
- Family Vacation
Other Ideas for Bucket List:
- Go to the Zoo
- Summer Reading Program
- Bike Rides
- Make Homemade Popscicles
- Waterpark
- Camping
- Sidewalk Chalk Art
- Water Balloons
- Go Fishing
- Volunteer
Print this Summer Bucket List for your family and fill it all in! I know you will love all the memories and fun times you will have this Summer! Ps. There is no pressure to this list either. If they all do not get checked off, that is OKAY! It is just a fun way to start the Summer off and ideas to do together!
