I am sending you lots of love and wellness this New Year! As well as a Challenge for you. Like you don’t have enough set for yourself already, right? My Challenge is different.
For example, my theme word for 2015 is SIMPLICITY.
For example, I am getting ride of the thought, ” I do not have the time.” Because if something matters you make the time.
For example, I am saying to myself each day, ” I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” And ” You are never given more than you can handle.”
So write your answers down somewhere safe and refer to them as often as needed.
Cheers to a great year!
xoxo
This one is different. I was at Michael’s craft store and the lady in front of me was having trouble with her debit card not going through. She did not speak very good English either and said she would try to get her friend in the store somewhere to come pay. I offered the cashier to pay for it for her and she said to wait to ask the lady. As much as I just wanted to pay for it, we waited. The lady came back with friend I offered again to her, and she hugged me saying God will bless you! Her friend paid for it so that didn’t work. It was after this that I feel an act of kindness was spread. A woman behind me started to tear up and said it was the nicest thing she had seen in a while to have someone offer to help someone else out. The woman behind her said, this is what Christmas should be about, that was a sweet offer by you and they both hugged me too. I said but I didn’t pay for it, and they said that did not matter, it was the principal of the act of kindness. The cashier even said she has never seen anyone be that nice to a stranger. It was great! Wish I could of paid but think I left a mark in the other women in line to pay it forward one day too.
Can’t find pic or remember ha! So I am re-doing this act and will post later:)
I am experiencing technical difficulties uploading my picture documents of my latest 30 Acts of Kindness:(
So to keep you updated, I will write them out until I can get this resolved.
4th: Bought the customer behind at the Starbucks drive thru’s order.
5th: Donated a Children’s book, A Girl with a Cape, to my friend Lindsay’s first grade class. The books talks about doing good in the world while wearing a cape. Super cute!
6th: Made homemade banana bread for my nurse, Mary, at my treatment office. She is such a great lady who I am lucky to have as my nurse.
7th: I can not seem to remember or find a pic so I will be redoing this one!
8th: Bought a new product for a client at a hair show that I thought she would like to try out.

10th: Made cookies for our mail carrier who is always so sweet to our girls when she sees us. She is a twin herself so she said she gets so much joy out of watching our girls grow up.
