Words cannot possibly explain my gratitude for my Support Team in my fight against MS. Without the love and support, I would not be the person I am today and I would not be an ABLE Mommy. And so much more!

That is why I cannot express my gratitude enough year after year to all those who donate to the MS WALK. I cannot express enough gratitude for prayers I don’t even know about but see them working. I cannot express enough gratitude of the caring thoughts, cards, words, and hugs.

I am blessed with the BEST Support Team EVER and will try my hardest to thank you all every chance I can. Thank you and I thank God for giving this amazing Support Team to be by my side in the journey of living with MS.

Read that quote again. Then maybe one more time. How many of us want to be successful at something but are just not there yet. Is there a reason? Could it be YOU? We all have the power within us. You just have to WANT it bad enough to keep going.

How great are those three ” Up’s?”

In life, you GET UP. You may not want to but the best thing you can do is to GET UP. I like to say, ” You can stay down for a period of time, as long as you need to regain your fight in whatever situation, but DON’T stay there.” We all have our up’s and down’s, but again don’t stay down, get back up.

DRESS UP, my favorite one. Now I am not saying to wear a ballgown dress up,( unless you want too, and you do you!) but get ready for the day. Feel good about yourself. Maybe throw some makeup on, put on a cute outfit, or do your hair, whatever it is, dress up for YOU and make you feel like, ” I got this!”

And now, the most important one. NEVER GIVE UP. You may think this is the only way, but try you best. Giving up never makes us feel good. But if the situation does not work for some reason, at least you can say you tried your hardest to not give up. But NEVER GIVE UP hope, faith, and your strength in yourself. You are strong and can do it!

How often do we feel alone in a situation? Any kind of situation too, the good, the bad, the unknown, the nerve racking, the exciting, the unexpected, and so forth. Often times, we tend to think we have to do everything on our own. We often feel like no one else is going to understand or going to do it, so we have to. Or if you are like me, I always say, ” I am fine. Or it’s fine.” And truth be told, some times that is true that everything is fine but some times it is also not but I say that anyways. I have the mindset of I got this, I can do this.

Anyone else like that too?

In all actuality though, more times than not, I can not do it alone. So this bible verse from Matthew 28:20, ” I am with you always,” confirms that we are never alone. God is with us always. Anytime, anywhere, HE is there for us.

The next time you are feeling any of those emotions, remember this verse. You are not alone and God wants to be there for you. He will give you the strength and purpose for any situation. Turn to Him, He is there…ALWAYS.
